Last week, Zurich tweeted in his Twitter account that "the three countries should publicly apologize for their failure to fulfill their obligations under the Iran nuclear program's power agreement, just because they are unable to deal with American bullying."

Zarif's letter to Borell came only a day after the mysterious breach that broke out at the Nanzhane nuclear facility, which Iran officials have identified as an "Israeli cyber attack" despite no official response from Tehran. Civil Defense chief Velrama Jalliali said the state would "retaliate against any state that carries out cyber attacks on its nuclear sites."

Recall this is not the first time the dispute has been implemented since the agreement was signed in 2015. In January this year, Britain, France and Germany implemented the clause with the aim of forcing Iran to negotiate deal breaches on the grounds that Tehran failed to meet its obligations and continues to enrich uranium in bulk.
