The Pentagon's Central Command spokesman, William Urban, announced that about 30 members of the US military at Ahmed Al-Jaber Air Force Base in Kuwait were infected with the Coruna virus.
And the media quoted Urban as saying in today's statements, "The group of patients expanded over time," considering that "social separation and communication tracking measures reduced the number of injuries."
Urban pointed to the adoption of preventive measures for fear of the spread of corona at the base, including the suspension of unnecessary gatherings, the abolition of force support events and the change of food schedules to prevent the mixing of military personnel in large numbers.
The US military bases inside and outside the United States are witnessing an increase in Coronavirus infections, in addition to the fact that the United States is the country most affected by the virus in the world.
