The body of Fabián Gutiérrez, the former secretary of Cristina Kirchner murdered in El Calafate, was transferred and arrived in the judicial morgue of Río Gallegos in the hours of this Saturday night. There, the forensic doctor will perform an autopsy on Sunday that seeks to reveal, among other issues, the injuries that killed him and the approximate time .

As explained by the judge in the case, Carlos Narvarte, Gutiérrez had a blow to the head and two short puncture wounds in the neck area. By the forms of these wounds, it will be possible to know precise information on how the attackers worked. So far, the main hypothesis regarding the schedule is that the crime was committed between Thursday night and Friday morning.

In this case, which shocks the province and has a national impact, as it is a repentant cause of the bribery notebooks, four young people are detained. Among them is Facundo Zaeta , 19, and the main suspect, who maintained that they had a "right to touch" relationship with Gutiérrez and clarified: "We were getting to know each other."

At the headquarters of the El Calafate police station, Facundo Zaeta began his statement recounting what happened on Thursday night. He said he was "at home when Fabián Gutiérrez looked for me in his Amarok truck, around 7:30 p.m."

Already in Gutiérrez's vehicle, he indicated that both went to a local market , and then finally went to the property of the former secretary, located on Libertador Avenue in the tourist town.

Zaeta assured that he did not know that house. Fabián Gutiérrez had it for rent and a short time ago he had returned to inhabit that property . "He gave me a tour of the interior" of the place "and we had a champagne." It was then, when according to the young man's sayings, the former secretary received a phone call from "a certain Marcelo asking for a few dollars ", without being able to specify the reason for that conversation.

The meeting, always according to Zaeta's statement, would have ended around 22:30 when "(Fabián) returned me to my home, where I met with some friends named Facundo Gómez and Pedro Monzón until approximately one in the morning."

On Saturday in which Gutiérrez's body appeared, the judge in charge of the case assured that at the moment he was investigating a possible "extortion or passion crime", and sought to remove its political connotation . Instead, the opposition warned about Gutiérrez's past: he was secretary for the year of the Kirchner marriage, was accused of illicit enrichment and declared as repentant in the cause of the notebooks of bribes, where he compromised the situation of the former president. He was one of those who said he had seen the bags, presumably with silver from corruption K.

For that past, and because the prosecutor of the case in El Calafate is a niece of Cristina Kirchner -Natalia Mercado, daughter of Governor Alicia Kirchner-, from Together for Change they demand that the case go to the federal jurisdiction.
