Escalation in the South: The Air Force attacked the Hamas organization in the Gaza Strip tonight (Sunday) in response to the rockets launching into Israel tonight.

An IDF spokesman, in which the attack was confirmed earlier by Palestinian sources in the Gaza Strip, said the attack was carried out by airplanes and helicopters and the target attacked was an underground infrastructure of the organization.

The IDF spokesman said: "The IDF takes all terrorist activities against Israeli territory very seriously and will continue to act as necessary against attempts to harm Israeli civilians," adding, "The Hamas terror organization bears responsibility for and offenses in the Gaza Strip, and it will carry the consequences of the terrorist actions against citizens of Israel".

Remember, earlier today, three rockets from the Gaza Strip were launched at Israel, at least one interception was carried out by an iron dome and the rest fell in open territory. In all the events there were no injuries and no damage was done

The IDF spokesman reported the first launch that two launches were made at Israel. No damage was reported or casualties. An on-site investigation revealed that the two rockets had fallen in open areas.

Despite some relaxation in the Gaza Strip during the Corona period in mid-June, a rocket was fired at Israel, and it fell in open territory in the Eshkol Regional Council. Following the launch of the rocket from the Gaza Strip toward Israel, the IDF attacks Hamas infrastructure in the Gaza Strip. IDF tanks attacked military positions of the organization.
