Tomás Echegaray was 26 years old and his passion was soccer. He had not reached the First Division but in Atlético Tapalqué he had excelled. Tomás, brother of the president of the Juntos por el Cambio council council, died when he was shot in the abdomen in a confusing episode : it was the father of one of his friends who shot him when he was about to enter his home in the town Tapalqué Buenos Aires.
