Hostile to RN
Hostile to the RN and militant for its ban, the new Minister of Justice is, according to Nicolas Bay, "an extreme left activist or someone who is not a democrat". For him, the will expressed for a time by Dupond-Moretti to ban the RN, "the only real opposition force", is incompatible with the principle of democracy guaranteed by the Keeper of the Seals.
