Zhang Zhujun, director of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Center for Health Protection, Department of Health, said at a press conference today that experts from the Environmental Protection Department and the Housing Department visited Mingquan Building. The building throat was not connected, and only 2 of the 11 Mingquan Building patients lived. The same unit is believed to have nothing to do with the throat.

At noon, someone from the Department of Health went to Mingquan Building and used test paper to wipe the public places such as the letter box in the lobby and the door. I believe collecting environmental samples. A cleaning staff was present to clean the public places in the lobby of Mingquan Building, including gates, letter boxes, etc., and also sprayed disinfectant on the pedestrian road.

In the afternoon, two ambulances arrived at Mingquan Tower successively. An ambulanceman wearing protective clothing went upstairs and took one woman and three men and women, including one child, and they all boarded the ambulance on their own. At about 6 pm, a person wearing protective clothing and a medical assistant's vest entered Mingquan Building. He left Mingquan Building with two women, a family of four including a baby in his hand, and boarded a minibus go away. All of them left with their personal belongings, and one of the men who boarded the vehicle indicated that he was heading to the quarantine center, but did not answer questions such as the reason.

Due to multiple confirmed cases in Mingquan Building, residents successively left Mingquan Building with their luggage. Resident Mr. Liu took the luggage and left, saying that he would stay in the hotel for 10 days with his family. He said that unknown government arrangements and no expectations of government measures, he decided to evacuate on his own.
