LE FIGARO. - Do you regret the departure of Edouard Philippe?
Richard FERRAND. - Édouard Philippe was, without question, an excellent prime minister. The president wanted a “reinvention” , to chart a new path marked out by dialogue… It is not abnormal that, by remaining faithful to his initial projects while giving a more social, more united, more ecological inflection, he could deem it useful to change teams.
Matignon, Beauvau, Bercy ... Are we witnessing the advent of sarkozysm in macronia?
Absurd! We do not qualify the sensitivity of a government team by controlling the appellations of origin. The project carried by the president and the tone he wanted to give to this new phase of his five-year term are embodied in personalities who come from different political horizons, as on the first day. The team is consistent and competent. I would add that I have in common with the Prime Minister the spirit of rugby: collective play, know how to pack.
