A 45-year-old Tel Aviv hotel worker was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of raping a young woman who allegedly happened the day before at the hotel's spa.
Police received the complaint of a young woman in her twenties the day before when she was staying at a Tel Aviv hotel spa, where she was raped by an employee at the scene.
From the testimony of the young woman, it is suspected that the employee immobilized her with alcohol and then caused her senses to be mistaken and raped.
Upon receiving the complaint, police immediately opened an investigation and yesterday arrested the suspect. In the man's possession, drugs and other findings were seized which may serve as evidence and shed light on the incident.
This morning, the suspect was brought to the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court for a hearing on his arrest.
