Security incident in Nablus area: Two Palestinians threw Molotov cocktails at an IDF guard post near the town of Khares near Nablus on Thursday.

During routine operations near the village of Kifel Hares in the area of the Ephraim Regional Brigade, IDF fighters identified the two terrorists who threw Molotov cocktails at the guard post. The fighters responded by shooting at them, hitting the other terrorist and escaping. The fighters continued their activity in the area.

Shortly thereafter, the Ramallah Ministry of Health announced the death of a 33-year-old IDF gunfire. According to the report, the injured man was in serious condition at the Salafi government hospital in the village of Kefal Hares, suffering from a neck injury.

Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed's wife responded by saying: "The occupation is responsible for the killing of the martyr Ibrahim Abu Ya'akob without justification, and killing him in cold blood when he went with his friends."
