Universities facing the influx of graduates

Universities are concerned about the influx of additional students they will have to integrate in September. The continuous increase for a few years, linked in particular to the boom in births in the year 2000, will be aggravated by the success rate in bac 2020. The rate of provisional admissions to bac, marked by the Covid crisis, reached 91, 5% compared to 77.7% in 2019. “ This year there will be at least 657,000 graduates, nearly 100,000 more than last year before catching up. Never before had such figures been reached, ” notes the conference of university presidents.
