To present its collection inspired by Hawaii, Casablanca, recent winner of the LVMH Prize, transports the spectator to a fantasized beach where it is fashionable to wear the suit and the knitted polo shirt with pearl buttons. In a little more than 4 minutes punctuated by Idris Muhammad, the joyful and maximalist universe of Casablanca fascinates.
As always with Tajer, prints are (almost) everywhere. Sometimes psychedelic, sometimes elegantly flowery, they adorn silk shirts like quilted jackets. The silhouettes borrow from the classics of the male wardrobe, like the Saharan or the suit. The jackets are adorned with nautical-inspired stripes, the pants widen, their apparent comfort cut with the rigor of double breasted blazers. White shirt and shorts sets would not swear on the court, if it was possible to play tennis all dressed in silk. At the feet ? New Balance 327s, announcing the continuation of the collaboration between the American brand and the creator.
