Lin Zhuoting, who also belongs to the Democratic Party and participates in the New Territories East, also said that the election situation is tense, saying that young people are actively participating in the voting, but Democrat supporters are mainly middle-aged and elderly, calling for more citizens to vote.

Lin Zhuoting said that if more than half a million people voted in the primary election, they would express a clear and strong protest against the National Security Law on behalf of the people of Hong Kong.
