The defendants Ye Zeshen (20 years old, student), Chen Jieqiao (22 years old, social worker) and Chen Yuexin (20 years old, tutoring tutor) were also charged with one count of illegal assembly, alleging that they were close to Sha Tsui Road in Tsuen Wan on November 12 last year. Rivers and Hedi Street are illegally assembled with others. The three men were each charged with one count of using masked items while illegally assembled, alleging that they each used a mask on the same day.
