On the 31st anniversary of June 4th this year, the SFC was banned by the police from holding a rally in Victoria Park for the first time. A total of 13 people, including Li Zhiying, the founder of One Media, and Li Zhuoren, chairman of the SFC, went to mourn that night. The crime of assembly is approved. The crowd will appear in West Kowloon Magistrates' Court this (13th) afternoon and no need to reply for the time being. Chief Magistrate Luo Dequan adjourned the case until September 15 for further hearings, pending further investigation by the police. The prosecution hoped that all the defendants should pay bail, and accused Li Zhiying and seven others of committing crimes during bail. He hoped that the court would prohibit them from leaving Hong Kong and request regular reporting to the police station, but the court refused to impose any conditions.

13 defendants: Chairman Li Zhuoren, Vice Chairman He Junren and Zou Xingtong, Secretary Cai Yaochang and Standing Committee Zhang Wenguang, Mai Haihua, Yin Zhaojian, Zhao Enlai, Liang Yaozhong and Liang Jinwei, One Media Group founder Li Zhiying, Labor Party Chairman Guo Yongjian and Democratic Front Deputy convener Chen Haohuan. They were also accused of illegally inciting others to participate in an unauthorized assembly without legal authority or reasonable excuse outside the fountain in Victoria Park, Hong Kong on June 4.

After hearing the charges, everyone expressed their understanding. Among them, Li Zhuoren pointed out that this was a political prosecution. In 1989, the Communist Party of China’s Tiananmen Massacre made people enter the Victoria Park to ignite the lights of mourning; Chen Haohuan said, "Mourning June 4th, don’t forget Liu Xiaobo was committed suicide": Guo Yongjian, Liang Jinwei, Zhao Enlai, Mai Haihua, and Zou Xingtong said. Mourning June 4 innocence."

The official accused the party of not giving enough reason

The prosecution hoped that the court would ask everyone to pay 1,000 yuan for bail, and it also said that Li Zhuoren, He Junren, Cai Yaochang, Yin Zhaojian, Liang Yaozhong, Li Zhiying, and Chen Haohuan committed another crime during bail, and hoped that the court would impose no more deportation and weekly Conditions for reporting once to the police station. Luo Guan pointed out that the prosecution by subpoena generally does not involve bail, and the prosecution has not put forward sufficient reasons, and finally decided not to impose any conditions on everyone.
