The seller behind this land was Li Zhiying, founder of One Media Group Investment company.

Changhong bought land and buildings in the Daan section of Tucheng District, New Taipei City, with a land area of ​​about 9,946.67 pings (about 31,400 square feet). The transaction price per ping is about NT$ 630,000. The total building area is 9499.09 pings. The transaction amounted to approximately NT$14,800, and the total transaction amount was NT$6,139 million.

The Central News Agency reported that the land and building transaction parties were Hong Kong Shangcha Dewei Company, Hong Kong Shangsheng Zhi Company and Li Zhiying Reinvestment Company.
