Demonstration scheduled for tonight in Ramallah against the application of sovereignty has been canceled • Authorities point the finger of blame at Rajoub, head of the struggle headquarters: "Failure in office"

The Palestinian Authority is having difficulty mobilizing its people to fight the annexation program. Israel Today has learned that a large demonstration against the annexation that the Fatah movement planned to hold tonight (Monday) in Manara Square in Ramallah has been canceled.

According to the organizer of the event, the head of the Palestinian struggle headquarters against the annexation, Jibril Rajoub, "the eruption of the corona, the fear of mass riots and the restrictions set by the Palestinian government led to the cancellation of the demonstration." 

On the other hand, Fatah sources claim that the fear of a minority of participants led to the cancellation of the demonstration. According to them, Rajoub failed in his job and failed to put the struggle in Israel's annexation program at the top of the international community's agenda. 

A senior Ramallah official harshly criticized Rajoub and the headquarters of the Palestinian struggle in the Israeli sovereignty program: "The fact that Israel has not yet begun implementing the annexation has nothing to do with the struggle committee headed by Rajoub. The Palestinian indifference to the annexation plan is registered in the name of Rajoub and the headquarters of the struggle.
