The plaintiff filed a complaint and signed an agreement with the defendant in 2016 to allow the defendant to distribute the "City Daily" exclusively within the MTR station. The defendant must pay 7% of the "Daily Daily" income every month, or a designated fee, whichever is higher.
In addition, the plaintiff and the defendant also signed another supplementary agreement. The plaintiff allowed the defendant to distribute the "City Daily" at various stations of the Airport Express, and the defendant paid RMB 14,500 per month to the plaintiff.
3.11 million owed after early termination of contract
After the two agreements were extended, until September this year. However, the defendant did not pay the relevant fees from March last year until the agreement was terminated early in March this year. After deducting the 6 million deposits paid by the defendant, the defendant currently owed more than 3.11 million yuan in total.
