This device, intended to make youth " the priority of this revival ", is " exceptional because it will last one to two years, we will assess it, " said the Head of State during an interview televised.
300,000 integration contracts
To help young people integrate into the job market after the shock of the health crisis, Emmanuel Macron also announced the creation of 300,000 integration contracts, for those " who have not managed to find the company that signs their apprenticeship or work-study contract with them , and 100,000 additional places in civic service in the next six months. There are 140,000 of them today.
Finally, the Head of State mentioned the opening of " 200,000 places in higher qualification training, to allow young people to continue their studies a little with social support ". Emmanuel Macron has also castigated the " irresponsible " behavior of certain large companies which " prefer to take on interns and job insecurity " rather than hiring young people on a "professional contract " or work-study program.

The Minister of Economy and Finance Bruno Le Maire had stressed Sunday that youth employment would now be " the priority of priorities " for the government. " It was from our youth that the greatest effort was asked " during the health crisis, stressed in this regard Emmanuel Macron Tuesday: " Do not go out, do not go to party, not being able to pass his exams " , and " sometimes having to give up his first hire ".
Around 700,000 young people are expected to enter the job market at the start of the school year.
