The investigation to clarify the crime of Fabián Gutiérrez, the former secretary of the Kirchners, incorporated a key report on Tuesday: forensic experts delivered the final results of the autopsy indicating that the former secretary of the Kirchners was tortured and died of suffocation.
According to Clarín , the document, which is already in the possession of Judge Carlos Narvarte, who was in charge of the investigation, indicated that Gutiérrez died of suffocation and with an additional accessory that served as a tourniquet.
In his conclusions, the forensic doctor Francisco Echandi indicated that Gutiérrez received blows to the entire body , mainly to the stomach, chest and head, and that the fingers of his hands were attacked with hammer blows.
This last element, plus other observations in the report, would reinforce the hypothesis that the victim was tortured. Namely, the autopsy also indicated that due to the physical frame of the main accused, Facundo Zaeta, more people would have participated in the murder.
The expert report also reported that due to the low temperatures (below zero), the reliable time of death could not be determined.
On the other hand, Judge Narvarte must define in the next few hours whether Facundo and Agustín Zaeta, Pedro Monzón and Facundo Gómez are still detained, the four suspects.
Report: Nicolás Revello, from Santa Cruz.
