The League gave all rugby fans a smile this Thursday by unveiling the calendar for the 2020-2021 Top 14 season. It will start on Friday September 4 at Jean Bouin where the Stade Français Paris will host the Bordeaux-Bègles Union. A first day which will end with a shock, with the displacement of the Stade Toulousain, the last club to have brandished the shield of Brennus (it was in June ... 2019), on the lawn of Clermont. A remake of the 2019 Top 14 final which will open the new Sunday evening time slot in prime time on Canal +.

This season, the championship days will again be spread over three days: one match on Friday evening (8.45 p.m.), five on Saturday (one at 3.15 p.m., four at 6.15 p.m.) and the last on Sunday (9.00 p.m.) in prime time. to replace the Ligue 1 poster box on Canal +.

The LNR also retains what it calls its two “highlights”.
