2020-07-18T05:39:50.148Z

If, like Paris, the capital of Italian luxury could not welcome the professionals of Fashion Week, the talent of a Miuccia Prada or an Ermenegildo Zegna comforted them with their creativity on the screen.

From week to week, what seemed impossible due to the health crisis is no longer so. Thus, after Paris, if Milan Fashion Week took place from July 14 to 17 on the internet and social networks, brands have competed in ingenuity to present their collection and recreate emotion. The Etro family house and the designer duo Dolce & Gabbana even managed to hold a life-size parade, in front of an audience of flesh and blood, more or less masked. Others, Ermenegildo Zegna at the head, chose the filmed show, behind closed doors. Prada and Gucci preferred to stage creative videos. Watchword? Recall what has historically made Italian fashion successful: know-how, like Tod's and Salvatore Ferragamo, who open the doors of their workshops to reveal the undersides of creation.
