At about 3 pm today, the Western Police District, together with the Tactical Unit and the Hong Kong Island Regional Crime Prevention Office, arrived at the Cyberport Waterfront Park to conduct investigations, distribute leaflets and search evidence. The Chief Criminal Inspector of Western District, Hou Liwen, said that the police received reports from the public for three consecutive days from July 12 to 14, stating that the dogs felt unwell after they let the dogs go home in the morning on Besha Wan Road, Victoria Road, Pokfulam. Later, he was suspected of being poisoned and died, and now 3 dogs have died. The police patrolled the area where the incident occurred today to investigate whether suspicious bait still exists, conduct laboratory tests on the dogs, and distribute leaflets to those present.
