Last update date: 2020-07-21 13:55Nearly 10 am today (21st), the police received a report from a passer-by who alleged that a man was dying in a private car outside of Aide House in Youai Village. Police and firefighters arrived at the scene and found that the victim had died on the spot, and there were burnt charcoal in the car. Preliminary investigation indicated that the deceased was in his 40s and was understood to be troubled by emotional problems.
Police officers are investigating in the van.
