In the bustling and furious Paris Square, a few meters from the Prime Minister's Residence, many restaurateurs and chefs gathered tonight (Tuesday) in strong protest against the government's policy regarding the restaurant industry. Among the thousands present at the scene are protesters from organizations, unions, protests and civic organizations, who gathered near the prime minister's house and left in a noisy march entitled: "Unification of all protests against the Accreditation Law."

The restaurant industry employs about 200,000 people and feeds a chain of suppliers, including farmers, producers and the food and beverage industry. The damage done to the industry since March 15 is sweeping and comprehensive and throws at tens of thousands of households. The protesters claim that this is an incomprehensible, promiscuous industry. And that this is a branch facing a general and immediate collapse.

The chefs, who cooked today in the kitchens of the restaurants, came to Jerusalem with nutritious and carefully packaged dishes in order to distribute to the needy, the hungry, the demonstrators, the media and the police. This act was done in order to show solidarity, brotherhood and evil and convey a message to the government - it is also possible otherwise. With protest noises rising from the nearby streets in the background, a battery of foodies stood in jackets who did what they love and know how to do — feed and rejoice.

According to Maayan Bezeq, the director of the mini-bar and peacock, the 34-year-old who attended the demonstration: "We are not begging or herding sheep before slaughter. "The future of future generations is after us, due to the failed management of the Israeli government. You have all failed the citizens of the State of Israel and it is time for you to hear the truth - the truth is a roaring lion, not the one who asks for alms."
