The CityU Jockey Club Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Life Sciences launched a six-year Bachelor of Veterinary Science program in 2016. The college said that the number of students enrolled in the Bachelor of Veterinary Science program continued to increase. The number of students in the first academic year was 12 and the number of students in the second academic year was 17. There were 24 students in the previous school year. CityU’s veterinary course was included as a funded course by the UGC last year and can be formally enrolled through the Joint University Admissions System (JUPAS).
