In the last 24 hours in Florida there have been more than 10,000 infected and a record 173 deaths. In addition, 51 hospitals have requested extra nurses to supply them to care for patients. In Miami-Dade, hospitals reached 132% operating capacity and only 400 beds remain available that can be converted to intensive care unit (ICU) beds.
