The countries concerned by the compulsory tests are the United States, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Panama, South Africa, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, Brazil, Peru, Serbia, Algeria, Turkey, Madagascar, India and Oman , according to Matignon. .
Morocco, initially cited in the list of government sources, does not appear " for the moment " according to Matignon, who specifies that " it is under discussion ".
