The appearance of the coronavirus represented a blow to the fauna conservation and research projects carried out by the Africam Safari park in Mexico. Located in the state of Puebla, the ecopark is home to more than 5,700 animals, belonging to more than 400 species. This refuge has to rethink its project due to the closure of the site and its research centers, both inside and outside the country. Meanwhile, its workers join efforts so that the fauna that is housed there does not suffer the consequences of the pandemic.
