Public tensions in the Front of All will not disappear. "We must normalize the noise, " they say in one of the most important offices in the Casa Rosada.

The notice, like the message from Defense Minister Agustín Rossi, who asked to “bank the President”, is for own and strangers . After Cristina Kirchner's tweets questioning the success of the dialogue with businessmen and Hebe de Bonafini's public letter with criticism of the head of state, the ruling party seeks to turn the page. The ministers with the most political weight in the Cabinet ask to " strengthen " the government coalition and broaden the base of political support. They discard the concretion of an “albertista” seal.

In February President Alberto Fernández planned to institutionalize the Frente de Todos with a table that would bring together the delegates of the parties that make up the coalition. The pandemic interrupted the meeting scheduled for March.

Trio behind the sixty measures. Alberto Fernández, Eduardo "Wado" by Pedro and Santiago Cafiero. They deny the internal noise.

The main leaders of the Frente de Todos meet every Tuesday to eat in Olivos. The President sits at the table with Sergio Massa and Máximo Kirchner. The management and the conjuncture forces to repeat meetings. The chief of the Cabinet Santiago Cafiero, the president's “alter ego” and another member of the small table of La Cámpora, the Minister of the Interior Eduardo “Wado” of Pedro, join the table. Fernández commissioned them to jointly coordinate  the 60 measures contained in the federal economic recovery plan. That detail served in the Executive to clear doubts.

Despite the strong versions, on the first floor of the Casa Rosada they insist that there will be no changes in the Cabinet to oxygenate the management, not even in the "post-pandemic", as some of those close to those invited to the Olivos meetings. Massa is satisfied with his place in Deputies and transmits his support to Cafiero.

The circle of leaders -and friends- closest to the President reject , on the other hand, the idea of strengthening an "albertista" line . Several of them ranted against the idea of giving more volume to the Party , a proposal that publicly emerged in recent days. Several historical figures of Buenos Aires Peronism - some of whom were active members of the party created by the President after his departure from Kirchnerism in 2008 - blamed the Buenos Aires legislator and party president, Claudio Ferreño . They are folded to the directive that the President claims: "We must face up to journalism, " they point out.

Far from purisms, in the Government they plan to continue expanding the base of support . The President's political shipowners cite as an example of this direction the early incorporations of Ricardo Alfonsín and Marco Lavagna , among others. In the Government they also build bridges with mayors. Rosario Pablo Javkin , from the Civic Front, is coveted. Rio Negro Governor Arabel Carreras will participate in a forum organized by groups of intellectuals who refer to the chief of staff. Santa Cruz from Alicia Kirchner will also participate in this meeting , in another wink of the official heterogeneity that the Government claims.

There is a large group of leaders who share the President's dialogue style. Juan Zabaleta is one of its coordinators in the Conurbano, although the mayor of Hurlingham maintains that good coexistence with the opposition is sustained, among other things, because there were no attempts at cooptation in the midst of the pandemic. "The main concern is the economy . It is necessary to give a message for the future ”, they explain in the surroundings of the Buenos Aires mayor.

The Minister of Public Works Gabriel Katopodis is another member of that select group. Maintains fluid dialogue with governors and mayors. Last week he met with Massa and Pedro and participated a few days ago in a meeting in which Tucuman Governor Juan Manzur , one of the first to nominate Fernández as future PJ president, also participated. Some of the leaders close to the president downplay their desire to take over Peronism, another election that was postponed by the pandemic. Some point to Manzur as being responsible for the public criticism against the Health Minister Ginés González García . Years ago it took its place.

The divergent opinions - which the vice president made explicit - about the advisability of trusting certain entrepreneurs remain latent. The President wants to add all possible actors. De Pedro and Cafiero plan forums throughout the country to think about long-term policies. The secretary of political and parliamentary relations Fernando “Chino” Navarro organizes the meetings of Argentina Harmonica in which unionists to Gustavo Grobocopatel , the “king of soybeans” participate. "The Government has the obligation to speak with everyone," maintains the leader of the Evita Movement. The Economic and Social Council that Gustavo Beliz diagram will be discussed shortly in Congress, promise near the President.

Some harsh criticism does not stop . Judicial swords of the hard Kirchnerism question the slowness of the Executive to remove the directors in representation of the State in companies appointed during the macrismo; to the leadership of the Financial Information Unit or to the official representative in the trial courts in the Council of the Magistracy. "I'm not telling you that they create the ministry of Vengeance, but they do the minimum to make it clear that the government has changed," they complain.

In La Rosada they affirm that the noise is here to stay, either because of healthy political differences or because of "cartel and vanities", as part of Sergio Berni's appearances explain . "They are surprised by a tweet from Hebe and Mauricio Macri sent to spy on the leaders of his space," they compare.

Before the Front of All. From left to right. Above, President Alberto Fernández and Fernanda Gil Lozano. In the middle: Víctor Santamaría, Mayra Daer, Rodolfo Daer and Claudio Ferreño. Below, Gabriel Fucks, Daniel Filmus, Felipe Solá, Ginés González García, Eduardo Daer and Héctor Daer.

Several of the President's friends maintain that Peronism has already learned its lesson . In late 2016, Fernández attended a meeting at the Spanish Club. The now deputy Eduardo Valdés posed for the photo with a poster with the legend "With United Peronism, 2017 will be a piece of cake, Happy 2017" . Finally, Fernández chose to push the candidacy of Florencio Randazzo , who helped defeat Cristina Kirchner. “We were not united and it went very badly for us. We will never divide again ”, they promise.
