In addition, crew members who arrive in Hong Kong via the airport by plane from a foreign country for shift change must have an "ISO15189" certification or a testing agency recognized by the local government to undergo a nucleic acid test for the 2019 coronavirus disease within 48 hours before leaving the place of departure, and obtain a submission. Only a negative test result can enter the country.
After arriving in Hong Kong, the crew concerned must board the ship immediately and cannot stay in the urban area. The shipping company/agent must also provide the crew with point-to-point transportation to and from the ship. They are not allowed to take the transportation that will serve the public at the same time. The crew must wear masks throughout the journey. If the shipping company/agent fails to meet the above conditions, they will be refused. The port carries out crew replacement.

As for the crew members who need to perform their duties between Hong Kong and the Mainland, Macau, Taiwan or foreign regions, the arriving crew members must have “ISO151895” certification or a testing agency recognized by the local government to accept the COVID-19 disease within 48 hours before departure. Otherwise, after arriving in Hong Kong, you must collect a deep throat saliva sample at the temporary sample collection center of the Department of Health and wait for the test result at the collection center or designated location.
Airlines must provide point-to-point transportation arrangements for their crew members and prohibit them from using public transportation to travel to and from the airport and their place of stay. At the same time, airlines must ensure that crew members self-isolate at designated locations.

Other exempt persons can self-isolate for 48 hours at designated locations
As for all other exempt persons who arrive in Hong Kong via the airport, they must also have an "ISO15189" certification or a testing agency recognized by the local government to receive a nucleic acid test for COVID-19 and obtain a negative result within 48 hours before departure. Otherwise, after coming to Hong Kong, you must go to the temporary sample collection center of the Department of Health to collect deep throat saliva samples for virus testing, and conduct self-isolation at a designated location for 48 hours, or wait for the test results at the collection center.
