Cristina Kirchner and her children Máximo and Florencia have a registered and recorded blank net worth of more than 42 million dollars. The number follows from a report made by the judicial interveners of the companies of the K and that revealed the program La Cornisa that Luis Majul leads by La Nación Más.
Even the number could even be higher, they assured in the program. Because to reach the final figure, it would be necessary to add 27 other properties that belonged to Néstor Kirchner and whose owners are now the national deputy Máximo and his sister who created the Néstor Kirchner Condominium after inheriting those assets.
The number of the assets of the vice president is new, according to information released in La Cornisa. The 42 million dollars arise from adding the valuations of properties and companies carried out by the three judicial interveners who work in the Hotesur and Los Sauces case and which is processed in Federal Oral Court 5 (TOF5) that integrate Daniel Obligado, Adriana Palliotti and Adrián Grunberg .
The three judicial controllers of the Kirchner companies presented the information at the request of the TOF 5, which is in charge of the oral trial, which has not yet a certain start date. It was after the K family, according to the television report, changed the accountant and asked for a new appraisal of the assets.
According to Majul's program, it is the first time that part of the royal and blank heritage of the Kirchner fortune has been known. The numbers of the auditors, in addition, do not coincide with what the vice president or Máximo Kirchner have been declaring in their latest sworn statements before the Anti-Corruption Office
Cristina Kirchner's apartment on Juncal Street, part of the K estate.
Court officials consider that the Kirchners' real assets are far superior to those declared. They arrived at that account by appraising the goods not by the tax valuation, which is always much lower, but by the market valuation that is closer to the real one. Thus the heritage K numbers were multiplied.
Years before, from 2003 until they left power, when Néstor Kirchner and Cristina Fernández had the obligation to present their affidavit of assets, they always incorporated the tax valuation of their properties.
Later, Cristina, Máximo and Florencia applied the same methodology with the assets of Néstor Kirchner's succession.
For example, in 2014 they reported that the value of the total inheritance amounted to just over 60 million pesos. At the time it was the equivalent of $ 7,144,208.
The Los Sauces hotel, which is closed today, part of the Kirchner property.
Therefore, the figure estimated by the interveners, equivalent to more than 42 million dollars , and with 27 unaccounted properties, would be six times higher than that declared by the family when completing the succession papers.
The same hypothesis was raised by Silvina Martínez, an expert lawyer in corruption and amicus curia issues in the Hotesur case, while the investigation continued.
Martínez based himself, to compare the different ways of listing assets and companies, on the last known sworn statement by Máximo Kirchner, corresponding to 2018.
For example, the Los Sauces Casa Patagónica hotel, which is located in El Calafate, next to where Cristina Fernández lives, was now valued by the auditors at $ 17,121,210. However, Máximo Kirchner, in his last affidavit of 2018, valued the hotel at $ 431,038.
The Alto Calafate Hotel was also valued again. Court auditors valued it at $ 8 million. But Máximo declared that the company Hotesur, with the Alto Calafate hotel included, was worth just $ 413,000.
The Alto Calafate hotel is part of the Kirchner family properties.
The company Los Sauces SA was appraised by the auditors at $ 9,779,658. the deputy declared in 2018 that 50 percent of Los Sauces SA was worth 1,173,700 pesos.
