At around 9 am today (28th), a resident in Wujing Village, Tuen Mun heard a loud noise and suspected that someone had fallen off the building, so they called the police. The police arrived at the scene and found a man lying on the ground outside a parking lot in Hujing Village. He was injured in multiple places and fell into a coma. He was sent to the hospital by ambulance for treatment, and then recovered. The police did not seize the suicide note at the scene. Initial investigations believe that the 71-year-old Lao Weng, surnamed Liu, fell from the first floor of the parking lot. The incident was not suspicious.
