In the last ten days, Canicoba Corral has advanced in a file whose prosecutor's charges were from 2019, whose main defendants are former officials of the previous government. The same dynamic accompanied the decision that led to the prosecution of former Transport Minister Guillermo Dietrich.
The former Macrista officials were prosecuted for having benefited Autopistas del Sol (AUSOL) and the Concesionario Oeste SA group - in which Macri- group companies participated with the extension of the concessions in Acceso Norte and Acceso Oeste, without tender, until 2030, in an act that included the recognition of alleged debts due to rate arrears of $ 499 million and $ 247 million, respectively.
