After the revelation of new audios and conversations in the framework of the illegal espionage case during the government of Mauricio Macri, former judge Norberto Oyarbide reappeared and recounted details of his statement in front of the prosecutor Carlos Stornelli, in the case in which he was told. investigates for closing the investigation for Cristina Kirchner's illicit enrichment.

The summons to which Oyarbide refers was in August 2018 in the Comodoro Py Courts, within the framework of the cause of the bribery notebooks. At the time, Oyarbide had stated that they “squeezed his neck” to close an investigation for illicit enrichment against the Kirchner family.

In addition, he focused on political intent on the part of the Macri environment who, he considers, had Stornelli's questions in his quote: " I never thought that the questions came from political power , everything matches everything and God finally brings harmony to the people who have proceeded with prudence and uneasiness for those who acted in a different way ”.

The former judge's statements come after a series of audios published by the C5N channel about the expert opinion on the cell phone of Darío Nieto, the former president's private secretary, amid the investigation for alleged illegal espionage. 

One of the conversations that appeared on the cell phone would be about Marcelo D'Alessio, tried for espionage in the Dolores court. The message quotes: "His wishes are orders, Stornelli already has him sitting in front of him." According to information in the case, it refers to Oyarbide, who had been summoned by the federal prosecutor.

"Nero was an insect next to Stornelli . He always showed a predominance. I have had to quote former judges and one always has a consideration that comes from respect, it is not that I was disrespectful but I noticed something as if it did not matter and his sharp mind was absorbed in the subject ", Oyarbide described.

The former federal judge also said that the statement in front of Stornelli was after a telephone interview with the journalist Baby Etchecopar.
