"Holocaust denial cannot be denied, Holocaust denial must end" - Holocaust survivors around the world are turning to Facebook CEOs personally to remove Holocaust denial posts from Facebook.

#NoDenyingIt is the first digital campaign that Holocaust survivors are running on their own. The Conference on Material Jewish Claims Against Germany (the Claims Conference) today announced the launch of an online campaign designed to voice Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the voice of Holocaust survivors.

The message to Zuckerberg, which will be heard in the first ever digital campaign based on Holocaust survivors, is clear: "Facebook posts that contain Holocaust denial are hateful, they must be removed!". "They call us liars. We are not liars. We are witnesses," said one Holocaust survivor, "the Holocaust cannot be denied, denial must end!"

As of July 29 and every day, a message will be posted on Facebook recorded by one of the last living generation of Holocaust survivors. The posts, which will also be posted on Instagram (owned by Facebook) as well as on other social media networks such as Twitter, will all be addressed to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Holocaust survivors from around the world have recorded dozens of messages to Mark Zuckerberg. Notable survivors include Serge Klarsfeld (a well-known Nazi hunter), Kent Rumi (an Auschwitz survivor who heads the American Gathering of Jewish Holocaust Survivors), Eva Schloss (Anne Frank's stepdaughter), Charlotte Knobloch (Kristallnacht survivor) and others. .

While over the years there have been many calls to remove hate speech from Facebook, posts denying the Holocaust have not been removed because Mark Zuckerberg refuses to classify them as hate speech by saying, "I do not think they are intentionally wrong." The Claims Conference, which works to fund compensation and social services for Holocaust survivors around the world, claims that Holocaust denial is intentional and therefore a violation of Facebook's own community rules.

Excerpts from the testimonies of Holocaust survivors sent to Mark Zuckerberg:

Eva Schloss, UK: "I was born in Vienna and had to flee the Nazis. I eventually arrived in the Netherlands, where I was arrested with my whole family and sent to the Auschwitz extermination camp. There, only my mother and I survived. I lost my whole family. Many, many family members. There is no denying That! "Remove Holocaust denial from Facebook."

Roman Kent, USA: "Most of my family members have been murdered, as have many of my friends ... You must know that Holocaust denial is nothing less than a dialogue based on hatred. There is no denying it. "

Oh Diamant Schepsi, Germany: "I was deported from Hungary to Auschwitz in 1944 when I was 12. My mother, father and little brother Thomas were murdered by the Nazis ... this is my story, there is no denying it."
