The Government has already turned the judicial reform bill over to Congress. The text reached the Senate this afternoon and now Cristina Kirchner will be in charge of giving impetus to the initiative. As they trusted from their environment, the idea is to move "fast" and that starting next week treatment will begin , while President Alberto Fernández has already warned that he is willing to accept "changes" to clear doubts from the opposition .

In the midst of the controversy over the creation of an expert advisory council that will analyze possible reform initiatives of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation, close to the head of state they were in charge of remarking that the intention "is not run over anyone ", as a sector of Together for Change suggests; and they state that they are "open to make all the necessary corrections" , as long as "they do not change the spirit of the project".

They cite that the president himself put himself at the forefront of this message to build bridges and reach a certain consensus, despite having the necessary number of votes in the Senate to approve it and ample chances in Deputies.

"We are absolutely open to change because all we want is for Justice to work differently. We did not sign a decree changing Justice, " reasoned Alberto Fernández on Radio Con Vos.

This framework includes the call for sectors of civil society and law.

Judicial swords of the president assure that this proclamation "is not a done phrase". "Alberto is convinced that Justice works badly and that it needs to be changed, but he knows that the more political consensus he has, the easier it will be for those changes to take shape. We send our proposal, now that Congress analyzes it and welcome everyone. opinions, "said a confident voice from the President.

Beyond this position, the Government's intention is that the debate is not delayed and that it advances "quickly". In fact, in terms of treatment, there is an ambitious roadmap: according to the Casa Rosada agreed with the vice president, the project would begin to be debated in committee next week in the Senate, and the idea is that it be discussed in the compound at the end of August.

There are bolder voices that, based on the vast majority of the Front of All in the Upper House, raise the possibility of obtaining a commission opinion in 15 days .

It appears difficult, due to the controversy that it has already generated with Together for Change, although it will depend on the context surrounding the debate.

For his part, the head of the Chamber of Deputies, Sergio Massa; The rampage with opposition bloc legislators has already begun to guarantee support for the initiative. "It is going to be very hard, but the number is going to be, " they trust from the office of a key man in the ruling party. Massa and Mendoza senator Anabel Fernández Sagasti - Cristina's alter ego - could agree on a joint exhibitor scheme for both chambers.

The project plans to double the number of federal judges throughout the country as it creates 121 new charges, but it was mainly created with the aim of liquefying the power of the twelve federal courts of Comodoro Py. Therefore, it contemplates the creation of the federal criminal forum, with seat in the City, which will have 46 magistrates.

The announcement in the White Room, with social distancing due to the pandemic.

This last point, as they warn in the ruling party, is one of the aspects that "is not negotiable".

As in almost all issues, in such a diverse coalition different positions emerge regarding the political strategy: there are those who consider it "unnecessary" that the Federal Justice reform has been sent simultaneously with the creation of the body of experts that will analyze changes in the High Court. "No one can publicly oppose debugging what Comodoro Py means, but installing the Court expansion now gives excuses to say no to everything," reasoned a front-line official with a direct link to the President.
