On Friday morning, it emerged that Coco Sily (58) was hospitalized and had undergone a swab on suspicion of coronavirus. And, just a few hours later, it was the humorist himself who confirmed that he had indeed caught it.
Through Twitter, the creator of The Chair of the Male shared a short text in which, above all, he tried to bring calm to everyone. "To take good care of yourself, I love you," the writing titled. And he added: "Hello everyone, as you already know I am hospitalized and the result of the swab was just positive."
In addition, Sily remarked that "for now" feels "very good" and wished that he hopes "that it continues like this". "I have a pain in my belly, which is why I came to see myself and I am treating (the disease) asymptomatically," he explained. And closed: "Thank you all very much for the messages and take care of yourself."
The actor, who had planned a virtual show with the Puma Goity, Roly Serrano and Daniel Aráoz for August 8, must remain in the Sanatorio de los Arcos.
Her son Sasha had told the newspaper La Nación that Coco "left to be seen because of a problem in the belly and when they made the plaque they saw some spots." In addition, in this situation, they decided to preventively swab him.
This was how what at first seemed to be just a diagnosis of diverticula ended up adding confirmation of the coronavirus.
For now, the actor will not be able to attend this weekend the Mirtha Legrand program (now hosted by Juana Viale), where he had been invited.
