Father and son were rescued together on the street late yesterday evening in Lido di Camaiore, in Versilia. For the young man, 25 years old, who had just arrived the day before from Turin where he lived, there was nothing to do, however. The father, 54, is hospitalized in serious condition at the hospital. For both at the moment, also on the basis of some medical findings, investigators hypothesize an illness due to the intake of narcotic substances, perhaps mixed with alcohol. The man had written a book in which he told about his addiction to drugs and how he got out of it, inviting us not to fall into the abyss and wanting to give a message of hope.
