The Government of Mexico signed an agreement with the main private television stations in the country to transmit distance classes to 30 million students of different levels. Televisa and TV Azteca, as well as Grupo Imagen and Grupo Multimedios will receive government money for "operating expenses" for this service. The distance classes will begin on August 24 and at the moment a face-to-face return to schools is ruled out.
