Saint-Ouen: a fatally run down pedestrian, the fleeing driver

A pedestrian was struck by a driver in the morning of Sunday, August 2, in Saint-Ouen in Seine-Saint-Denis. At the wheel of a van, the driver would have rushed on the victim, who would have first clung to the vehicle before being ejected, as Le Parisien specifies. According to witnesses, the suspect would then have hung up several parked vehicles to bring down the man, before fleeing.

The pedestrian, aged about thirty, died despite the intervention of the emergency services. A murder investigation has been opened and entrusted to the judicial police of Seine-Saint-Denis. Still according to the Ile-de-France daily, the first elements of the ongoing investigation reveal that the suspect has indeed knowingly rushed towards the victim.
