"Almost all the candidates eligible externally have been taken, but we internally are wronged," sighs Quentin Lhuillier, one of the members of the collective of eligible teachers who seized the Council of State. “Almost 8,000 of us passed the written test. It is not our fault that the oral was canceled. The management of this pandemic is the responsibility of the government. And it's not for us to suffer. We have already had to negotiate to get half of us received. But on what criteria? Nothing is explained. It is a problem of fairness, of justice which is flouted. "Manifest error of assessment"
In four hours, these thousands of malcontents managed to raise the 5,000 euros necessary to hire a lawyer and seize the Council of State. Among the legal bases of this action: the manifest error of assessment.

For three years now, she has been changing replacements. "This allows me to earn around 1700 euros gross per month, but everything can stop," she believes.
In order to get out of precariousness and become a civil servant, Fatima decided this year to take the competition. And thus validate his achievements. She was declared admissible at the end of the writings. But the ministry canceled the second part of the competition because of the Covid-19 and announced that it would take nearly 4,000 candidates out of the 8,000 eligible internally. The math teacher therefore decided to make a claim with all her counterparts, even before knowing if she would be received or not. On June 26, the ax falls: she learns that she is not in the right car.
"We take care of your children, we give them lessons and we are not considered"
"It would not have changed my commitment, I believe that everyone should be able to be taken, by smoothing over two years, it is possible, especially given the lack of teachers, slips Fatima. And 4,000 professors don't cost billions. We are already teachers, we are already in post. And if they feel that we are not good enough, then why keep us and call us back to offer us replacements? "
Fatima did not hesitate to engage in arm wrestling with the ministry. “We no longer want to be silent, people need to know: we take care of your children, we give them lessons and we are not considered, she insists. Our goal is to show that the decision to take as many people as possible externally and to leave candidates behind internally is a bad decision. It is understandable, we cost less to the ministry, we are at their disposal. But that's not normal. ”
Fatima now expects a lot from the remedy. “We hope to have a quick response, during the summer, so that we can set up our life projects with this diploma,” she continues. I have no plans to buy myself a house, but I have colleagues who are just waiting for it. "
