With these arguments, the leaders of Together for Change ratified the rejection of the judicial reform promoted by the Front of All, which will begin to be discussed this Tuesday in Congress. In principle, the legislators of the opposition coalition will participate in the start of the debate in the Senate, although they warned that they are not willing to do it virtually in the Chamber of Deputies.

The confirmation of the position against the project presented by Alberto Fernández came after a virtual meeting of the members of the national table , in which Mauricio Macri from the French Riviera participated. Together for Change, he had already released a document against eventual modifications in the composition of the Supreme Court and then extended the rejection to the rest of the reform, after the President announced it in the Casa Rosada without the presence of representatives of the PRO , the UCR and the Civic Coalition.

In this case they decided to argue the rejection in the scenario of pandemic and economic crisis , and to award the initiative to the intention of alleviating the judicial panorama of Cristina Kirchner and other former officials. In addition to Macri, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, Patricia Bullrich, Cristian Ritondo and Humberto Schiavoni for PRO, radicals Alfredo Cornejo, Mario Negri, Luis Naidenoff and Martín Lousteau, Maximiliano Ferraro and Juan López for the Civic Coalition and Peronist Miguel participated in the virtual meeting Pichetto.

" "In a context in which the economy is collapsing on an unprecedented scale , unemployment, inequality and poverty grow, the efforts of the three branches of the State and the political forces must be put to work on a substantial improvement of the State, to make it more productive and in the elimination of privileges ”, they added.

Thus, at least in this instance, the table focused on the stage and avoided entering into the consideration of some specific aspects of the project. Rodríguez Larreta had already confirmed his support for the transfer of ordinary Justice to the City , a position shared by the rest, although the arguments put forward pointed to a general pronouncement against it.
