President Alberto Fernández considered on Tuesday that the agreement reached with creditors allows the country to "regain autonomy."

"We have recovered autonomy of decision for the country we want," said Fernández.

The president said so when relaunching the Procrear plan, with a new scheme that would imply an investment of 25,000 million pesos distributed over nine lines of credit.

Fernández led the presentation from Olivos, in an act that included the Minister of Territorial Development and Habitat, María Eugenia Bielsa; and ANSES Executive Director, Fernanda Raverta, among other officials.

"Procrear has been an extraordinary and virtuous program that between 2008 and 2015 had a very important effect and a great impact, not only because of access to housing but also because of job creation," he had told Bielsa.

He also argued that the plan has the stamp of "a good seal, very powerful, and it will be very powerful again in the hands of a State that understands that the financial market does not replace the role of the State, but that we can work on set".
