Seven members of the advance team arrived in Hong Kong on Sunday (2nd) and did not go out yesterday (3rd). At about 12:30 noon, members of the advance team left Tai Po Industrial Estate in a pick-up car from Metropark Hotel Kowloon. They then went to the inspection center of Taiping Industrial Park and Huasheng Diagnostic Center in Tai Po for inspection.

At about 1 p.m., after members of the advance team entered the Taiping Industrial Park, nearly 10 people working in the industrial park raised signs on the ground floor of the building to oppose the operation of the testing center in the industrial park. Later, Tai Po District Councillor Man Nianzhi and Chen Zhenzhe also attended the scene, but were obstructed by the industrial park security. Wen Nianzhi told reporters that it is known that the testing center is located on the third floor of Building A, and the owner of the testing center has also filed a lawsuit with the court. Chen Zhenzhe said that the building has a food supplier, and the building has not been strengthened with anti-epidemic measures. It is absolutely inappropriate to use it as a laboratory. He emphasized that the site should not be close to residential buildings. At least 10 police officers were present to warn those on the scene to disperse, otherwise they will be charged. The police officer also pointed out to the district councillors on the scene, "I have something to say, I have to vote against you."
Visit several local testing institutions in the afternoon
At approximately 2 pm, members of the advance team continued to take the shuttle bus of Metropark Hotel Kowloon, left Tai Ping Industrial Park in Tai Po, and arrived at approximately 2:30 pm and entered the Wang Kai Capital Building on Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong. The 15th floor of the building is Golden Mile Inspection (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., one of the government-approved local medical testing institutions.
Nearly 4 pm, members of the advance team arrived at the Po Hang Commercial Centre on Bonham East Street, Sheung Wan. The lift they took was stopped on the 27th floor. This place is one of the local testing institutions recognized by the government, the Hong Kong Molecular Pathology Center. . The reporter went to the 27th floor to inspect, and the floor signs showed that there were two companies on this floor, one was "Kaip Biotechnology Co., Ltd." and the other was "Hong Kong Molecular Pathology Diagnostic Center." There is a company name outside the door of "Kaipu Biotech Co., Ltd.", and outside the door of another company on the same floor, only authorized persons are allowed to enter, and the company name is not marked.
