Dear subscribers, hello
The charm of the Tour de France. Its share of sports comments, supporters and curious people gathered on both sides of the peloton who were watching on their television set or on the screen of a hotel, restaurant or shop, others supporters, others curious, comfortably installed in the cozy July bed.
