A Tuen Mun Hospital spokesperson announced today that an 86-year-old male patient (case number: 3153) who was diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia passed away today. The patient had a long-term illness. He was admitted to Tuen Mun Hospital for treatment on the 29th of last month due to fever and asthma. The situation continued to deteriorate, and he was separated from the world at 3:16 pm today. The hospital feels sad about the death of the patient and will provide appropriate assistance to the family.
Looking up the information, the male patient is a resident of the Kang Wo Nursing Centre in Tuen Mun. So far 5 people have passed away from Kang Wo. In addition to the above cases, there is also an 82-year-old male patient who died last night (4th) (the 2942th case) , 90-year-old woman (No. 2703), 89-year-old woman (No. 2705) and 82-year-old woman (No. 2747). A total of 43 confirmed patients have passed away in public hospitals.

The deceased was an 86-year-old male who was taken to North Lantau Hospital by ambulance yesterday afternoon. He had fever and pneumonia. The doctor helped intubate the throat and used a ventilator. He was then transferred to the Princess Margaret Intensive Care Unit for isolation and treatment. He was separated at 9:47 last night. .
The test showed that it was initially positive for the new crown virus, and the Department of Health will re-test to confirm.
Preliminary confirmed deaths have not been counted. A total of 43 confirmed deaths have been confirmed in Hong Kong.
