According to a video that came out on social networks, the applause was prompted by Cafiero, who upon entering the room said: "Che, an applause for Martín. Have you applauded him yet?"

In addition to the Chief of Cabinet, the Deputy Chief Cecilia Todesca participated in the meeting; and the Ministers of Economy, Martín Guzmán; of Work, Claudio Moroni; and of Productive Development, Matías Kulfas.

There were also the holders of the Central Bank, Miguel Pesce; from the AFIP, Mercedes Marcó del Pont; and de la Anses, Fernanda Raverta.

The agreement reached by the Argentine Government will mean a relief for the country's external commitments, since according to Minister Guzmán, it implies for Argentina a lower debt burden of US $ 42,500 million during the first five years , and a clear horizon to the 2024 with maturity of US $ 4.5 billion.

Guzmán assured that the negotiation allowed to reduce the interest from an estimated amount of $ 7 average to $ 3 for every $ 100 held by the bondholders, along with a 1.9% capital reduction.
