Some girls were slapped and bullied by girls of the same age on different occasions, including back stairs and outdoor areas. "Hong Kong 01" has enquired the police about the incident. In response to the incident, the Education Bureau stated that it will not tolerate any bullying by students.

In the clip, a girl in black knelt on the back stairs of a suspected public housing estate. She was ridiculed in Putonghua for "I don't like it very much". She applied lipstick on her face. Then she was hit by at least three girls of the same age. Slap a dozen hands and pull the head vigorously. North Point Min Kiu Middle School published a statement on its official website today, stating that the online bullying incident occurred one month ago, and immediately investigated and followed up after learning about it. The parents of the students in the incident trusted the school and handed the incident to the school for handling. The school has consulted the Eastern District Police-Civil Relations Team and dealt with the incident seriously in accordance with the school’s internal training and assistance mechanism. The school also said that the parents were satisfied with the school's handling, and the students concerned deeply regret the incident and accepted the school's guidance. In order to protect personal privacy, the school is inconvenient to disclose the details of the incident.
In response to the incident, the Education Bureau stated that it will not tolerate any bullying by students. If a school finds any incident of bullying, it must deal with it seriously according to its school-based mechanism, especially to protect students who are bullied, and to stop the bully immediately and provide counseling. Schools should also formulate appropriate training and assistance policies to strengthen students' correct behaviors and cultivate students' positive values and attitudes. The Education Bureau will continue to liaise closely with schools and provide appropriate professional advice and support.
