Vice President Cristina Kirchner affirmed that "there is no Argentine more unpunished than Mauricio Macri." It was after the Buenos Aires Federal Chamber revoked this Thursday the order of Judge María Servini to analyze the telephone communications of former President Mauricio Macri and his former officials for a period of three and a half years.

Servini is pursuing a case against Macri over a complaint by businessmen Cristóbal López and Fabián De Sousa , who accuse him of having formed an illicit association to strip them of the Indalo Group.

"The judges Martín Irurzun (the one of the doctrine of the preventive prisons for the opponents of Macri) and Leopoldo Bruglia (the lazy transfer of papers, without agreement of the Senate and without taking the oath of law) have just consecrated once again impunity for Mauricio Macri, "CFK wrote on his Twitter.

The requested evidence was going to demonstrate the existence of the Macrista judicial table and its articulation with the intelligence services and with different members of the Judicial Power of the Nation to persecute opponents and seize other companies.

He developed: "Judge Servini de Cubría had asked the telephone companies 'for the calls made -and cells activated- between January 1, 2016 and August 31, 2019 by Macri and by other high-ranking officials of the Executive Power.' Be careful: not the content of the calls ".

In this sense, the former president maintained that "the requested evidence was going to demonstrate the existence of the Macrista judicial table and its articulation with the intelligence services and with different members of the Judicial Power of the Nation to persecute opponents and seize foreign companies" .

There is no Argentine with more impunity than Mauricio Macri. I hope that some Argentines and Argentines realize this.

For judges Martín Irurzun and Leopoldo Bruglia it is mandatory to determine a shorter period of time, which is justified by the object of the investigation.

"These are the judges and this is the opposition who speak of impunity pointing the finger at the Government and @FrenteDeTodos (...) They spied on me, followed me, listened to me and spread private calls illegally ... And they fill their mouths talking about the Republic. Máximo was right: nowhere in the world is Macri going to have more impunity than in Argentina, "said CFK.

He concluded: "It is the same Judicial Power that guaranteed impunity in the case for illegal eavesdropping as Head of the City Government and just 19 days after taking office as President."
